If you are a company struggling to make people feel safe with your product, like United Airlines, then the impression that you don’t know what you are doing is probably not a good thing.
I have tried three times now to navigate their menu to reschedule a plane reservation; three times now I have been dumped at the Your-call-is-important-to-us–busy-signal dead end. I mean, “Beep-beep-beep,” dead end.
I guess that’s an intimation that they don’t allow that.

Air travel is increasingly something that I endure and try to get over with as soon as possible. The number of times in any given trip when either the TSA or the airline persuade me that they are making it up as they go along would be terrifying if I allowed it to be. Gee, I’m looking forward to flying next Sunday. :-/
