Jihad Against Ignorance Jihad is not Holy War! Holy War is that which the Roman Catholic armies waged on the holy land. Jihad is striving against evil and injustice. Also included is a link to a contrary position favored by many persons influenced by non-Islamic cultures, such as Christian and Jewish cultures, in Islamic lands.
