New! Improved?

New does not always mean improved. (I learned that from Aristotle, Aquinas, and Orthodoxy.) First, the obvious complaints: Search will return. So will the blogroll.

Beyond that, I’m open for feedback. What works, what doesn’t? I’m especially looking for comments from Windows users, since my access to that platform is limited.

   I like! Very simple… I’m considering going for ultra simple as well. SquareSpace is about to launch Version 3, though, and they usually put out new layouts when they do such things, so I’m waiting. But I really do like your new look!

   One thing, it does take quite a bit of time to load, however. The very last thing to load in Safari was the menu.css file. FWIW.

   Looks great in Firefox from my PC. Loaded up fairly quickly for me on a 56k, too.

   This page loaded much faster than your old one. I like the clean look it has, too. I give it a thumbs up. (sez mac user running firefox)

   Loaded lightening fast this morning. Don’t know if you changed anything or not, but Safari likes it a lot now.
