Well, I guess I’ve been waiting for this for quite some time. My current employer (who shall remain nameless, even though it is information that is a matter of public record and available on my résumé) gave me three weeks notice yesterday. My manager really has been very cool and forthright about it, right down to giving me more than the customary two week notice. I really appreciate that. I probably will drop out of the blogosphere for a bit while I grind on my résumé a bit. No, I’m not joking; yes, I am blatantly plugging myself.

Now, if I can somehow avoid being offered a million help desk jobs….
